Mr. Arjun Kapoor is the Chief Financial Officer of Rising Sun Energy and has been associated with the company since its inception. Prior to joining Rising Sun Energy, he worked as a consultant in the advisory domain at EY India. As the CFO of RSE group, he is actively involved throughout the project lifecycle and manages various facets of project development including accounts and finance, internal and external stakeholder management, liasoning with lenders, insurance and legal matters, etc.

Mr. Pranaya Soman has a vast experience of over 36 years in various facets of the power sector projects from concept to commissioning stage. He has domain expertise of project construction, project management and contract & materials management functionalities. He has worked with NTPC for over 25 years and previously held the position as Vice Present in Lanco Infra Tech Limited for Anuppur 2 x 600MW Thermal Power Project.

Mr. Praful Khurana has over 10 years of experience in Debt Syndication, Financial Advisory and Strategy Consulting in the Infrastructure Sector. He has experience of advising 20+ clients from varied domains including renewable power, urban transport, roads, railways and logistics and has carried out investment analysis/ project structuring for 10+ domains through detailed assessment of financial and business models.  At RSE, he is part of the corporate finance team and is responsible for undertaking various tasks pertaining to arranging external debt for the projects, assistance in commercial matters and evaluation of new opportunities.

Mr. Amar Singh Bisht is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession. He has vast experience of over 9 years in the field of Finance & Accounts. He started his career in 2013 with G Singh & Co, a chartered accountant firm. During his 4 years tenor there he worked in areas like accounting, auditing, taxation, and income tax assessment.  At RSE, he is responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, matters related to Income Tax and also handles implementation of F&A ERP software  (Industrial & Financial Systems).

Mr. B S Dandona has vast experience of over 50 years and has been associated with many reputed organizations such as Haryana state Electricity Board, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Infinite Computer Solutions (India), Utility Powertech Ltd. and National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. Over these years he was responsible for erection, Maintenance & distribution of transmission lines, designing of layout and cabling, planning systems & liasoning work, etc of fertiliser & power projects. As General Manager, Commercial at Rising Sun Energy Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Dandona is engaged in liasoning with NTPC and other stakeholders including CERC, RSDCL and Labour Department, Rajasthan.

He has a total experience of almost 12 years in the field of Solar Industry. He has successfully managed a versatile portfolio of projects across India in Project Management, Project Development, Project Execution, Engineering in power evacuation, Regulatory and Operation & Maintenance. He leads the design and Engineering of large-scale Ground Mount Solar projects & Rooftop Solar Project.

Mr. Ashish Malik is working as CGM Contracts and Commercial in Rising Sun Energy(k) Pvt. Ltd.He has over 18 years of experience working for various facets of the Power Projects starting from concept to completion. In his previous organizations he has worked for Projects ranging from INR 200 to INR 2,000 Crore for numerous esteemed clients including NTPC Ltd., WBPDCL, Abhijeet Infra, Shree Cements and many others. His major areas of work include tendering, contracts drafting, negotiations and settlement of contract issues. At RSE he is heading the Contract and Commercial group and is instrumental in finalization & award of major Contracts.

He worked with NTPC Ltd for 33 years at various Thermal/Hydro Project sites and retired as Addl. GM (Finance) in 2017 from NTPC’s Corporate Office. He also worked with a Joint Venture company of Reliance Infrastructure & NTPC from 2018 to 2022.

Mr Ayush Bhargava has been associated with Rising Sun Energy Private Limited since 2017. He brings over 6 years of work experience in the Solar Power sector. At Rising Sun Energy,  Mr Bhargava is responsible for liasoning with relevant stakeholders, whenever required and also assists in the bid preparation/submission activities. Apart from the business development and project management duties, Mr Bhargava has also been handling carbon offset trading under the VCS and CDM mechanisms and would be managing the carbon trading exercise under the latest GCC mechanism.

Mr. Jagat Shekhawat, DGM (Business Development, Insurance & CSR) has vast experience in marketing, business development, domestic - international procurement and risk management. He has played key roles in Projects Management and Project Marketing and has successfully executed end-to-end roof top projects independently at various government institutions and central government authorized centers. Prior to RSE, he was actively involved in product mix marketing and business development processes with various large corporates Like Viacom 18, ICICI Lombard, Times of India and Hindustan Times.

Ms. Sana Sharma joined RSE in 2020 and is leading the HR function. She handles the entire gambit of activities, policies and processes related to the employees such as recruiting and hiring, training and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits. She has previously worked with Publicis Sapient as a Talent Acquisition Lead responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures.  As AGM (Human Resources) in RSE, she is also actively involved in setting forth new internal processes and tools with the help of the technical team ensuring a smooth working environment for the employees.

He has multilateral envelope in EHV/HV and Renewable energy Sector with 9+ Years work experience. He has successfully managed Operation & Maintenance, Energy Audit, Energy Conservation, Liasoning and System Improvement, and leads the O&M Activities in solar farms.

He has overall 15 years experience in energy sector, both renewables and non- reneable power plant sectors. Expertise in Project execution, from initial phase to finishing level and Operation & Maintenance.

He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 6 years of experience in areas such as Statutory / Tax Audit / Ind AS implementation and handling disclosure requirements of Companies Act, 2013, ICDS and other applicable regulations. He has good experience in tax litigation and tax compliance of various companies.

He has a total experience of almost 14 years in the Power Sector. He has been handling the administrative profile for many multinational companies in power sector across India. Mr Pankaj had numerous responsibilities like Travel Desk management, organising office meetings and seminars, carrying out repair & Maintenance work office and site and vehicle management of the company. He has also been liasoning with vendor companies and Govt Sector also on behalf of the company.
