The group has developed a 190 MW (AC)/285 MW (DC) grid-connected solar photovoltaic power plant in Nokh Solar Park, Nokh, Rajasthan, India through it SPV, Rising Sun Energy (K) Private Limited. The bidding for the project was undertaken by NTPC Limited and the power purchase agreement for the project is also signed with them. The land for the project has been sub-leased to the company for 30 years by Rajasthan Solar Park Development Company Ltd (RSDCL), the governmental entity promoting solar park development in Rajasthan and also the Solar Park Implementation Agency (SPIA). The power from the Project will be evacuated at 33 kV voltage at the 33/220 kV substation located inside Nokh Solar Park which is being developed by RSDCL. The construction of the contracted capacity under the PPA has been completed and the company has obtained approval from CEA indicating that the project is ready for energization.
